Anne purchased a dress from my inventory called “Delicate Delight”.  I changed the neckline into a sweetheart shape, hemmed the dress and added bustles.  It was a relatively simple alteration process with no hidden surprises.  It’s always a thrill for me to sell one of my dresses, work on the alterations and have a very happy bride leave my Boutique.  Anne did a trade for part of the costs, on a Destination dress that she had worn for a civil ceremony previously.  She felt confident and beautiful in “Delicate Delight”.

In my Up-Cycling of some of my inventory, I often remove excess beading, sleeves, waistline details, etc.  Anne’s dress was one that I had removed sequins from so that explains the photos of what looks like a hot mess of sequin sprawl.
